Shipping & Returns
Our shipping is free, but it does take 3-5 working days to craft your straps.
Please note that once the product is sent out, we have little control of the package but will work with you to do whatever is possible to resolve the issue.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, imports duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient due to us not having control over the government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary great among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the first pair of straps, you can send back the used item as well as the rest within 30 days for a free exchange. All the items, except for the first trial, should be received in the condition you received them, unworn and in their original packaging. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic exchange shipping, so you get free return shipping (up to 5$). We are devoted to providing our customers with high-quality, handmade items. In the rare case that a strap is faulty or not as described/shown we offer refunds within 30 days of receipt on all unworn/unmounted/unused straps. Straps that have been mounted on a watch are considered to be "used."
Refunds are only for the actual amount that you paid for the item, inclusive of any discounts you received. Refunds are given inclusive of any tax paid on the original order. A refund of your original shipping charge is not typically included unless certain criteria are met.
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to send an item back to us for returns.
